If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be purchased directly from our website
• Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Product must be unused or lightly used (for ingestible products, at least 50% of the product must remain)
• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Products that are more than 50% used
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Include photos of the issue
• We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you
