30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund:

Your order must have been purchased directly from dailyeffects.com.

Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

For ingestible products (gummies and tinctures), at least 50% of the product must remain.

Topical products (such as creams and roll-ons) must be returned with a reasonable amount of product remaining.

Proof of purchase or your order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Products that are more than 50% used.

Final sale or clearance items.

Gift cards.

Products purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dailyeffects.com.
Please include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective product.
